Today is my 1 BIRTHDAY !

* I AM 1 YEAR OLD TODAY !!! A lot of people didn’t think I would get so far, but even if I am small I am a fighter and I wanted to prove to them that I can do this. Today, I am especially thinking with gratitude to all the people who have helped me get here and I pray to God to help me go further. There’s still a long way to go, but I hope that I can slowly make it. Today I realized it’s my birthday because, starting from the morning, mommy and daddy were acting a little strange: they came to me with some funny things on their heads, that I later found out are helmets - I also got one, as you can see, they sang “Happy birthday !” and honked the trumpets that we woke up the neighbors. They were very funny :). Later, I got presents, which is always nice, over the day I played, I sang together with mommy and the nurse, I slept, and in the evening daddy came from work and brought me a very nice birthday cake. I blew the 1 year candle, danced and had fun a little more, and then I went to bed because I was reeeeaaaally tired. I love the presents I got: from mommy and daddy I got the car from the picture, which I can transform when I grow older, from Maxime I got some baby clothes, a CD with baby birthday songs a lot of chocolates, from aunty Moni and from Adrian I got some really nice clothes (my first baby jeans and caps) and a loooooot of really nice toys, some that sing, others that vibrate, others for the bathroom, an inflatable tub, from Maja I got a nice duck and two CDs with very nice baby music, and from Melanie, Bjarne, Frank and Dina I got a baby book. And, on this great occasion, mommy finally filled up by “Baby book”. It was about time, after so long… |
